Course Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please email info@wooddenco.com as soon as possible if you cannot attend class for any reason. 

We understand that cancellations are often the result of circumstances outside of your control, but the income from our courses is used to maintain the shop, purchase materials, cover the cost of instructors, etc. Last minute cancellations significantly impact our ability to offer courses. With that said, our course cancellation and refund policy is:

• All requests for cancellation refunds, deferments, or transfer must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to a scheduled class start time.

• Refunds, deferments, or transfers will be granted for cancellation requests received at least one (1) week before a scheduled class start time. A deferment will allow you to apply your course fee as a credit towards a future class; whereas, a transfer will allow you to switch your enrollment to another eligible person.

• For cancellation requests received with less than one (1) weeks’ notice (but more than 48 hours’ notice), only a deferment or transfer will be offered; refunds will not be granted.

• No refunds, deferments, or transfers will be granted for cancellation requests submitted within 48 hours of a scheduled class start time.

• Participants may only request a deferral or transfer once per class.

• No refunds, credits, transfers, make-ups, or deferments will be granted for missed classes unless prior written notice is provided in accordance with this Course Cancellation & Refund Policy.
